Buffer solution pH 4, pH 7 and 475 mV – sachet 20 ml

This set brings together pH 4, pH 7 and ORP 475 mV in sachets of 20 ml. For calibrating your pH probe and ORP probe swimming pool or spa. Calibration solution in sachets stays fresh until you open the sachet. pH buffer solution is also called pH buffer.

  • 10× sachet pH 4 (pH 4.01 at 25 °C)
  • 10× sachet pH 7 (pH 7.00 at 25 °C)
  • 10× sachet ORP 475 mV (475 mV at 25 °C)
  • One sachet, one calibration — do not reuse or pour back
  • Expiry date and lot code on every sachet

Calibrate pH first with pH 7, then pH 4. For ORP, use 475 mV according to the manual of your dosing system. NIST traceable.

Only need pH? Set pH 4 and pH 7. Alkaline + ORP: pH 7, pH 10 and 475 mV. In bottles of 60 ml: buffer solution set pH 4, pH 7 and 475 mV.

pH 4, pH 7 and 475 mV in sachets: how to calibrate

Open the sachet and place your pH probe or ORP probe directly in it. You do not need a beaker. ORP buffer solution is corrosive: do not leave the ORP probe in it longer than necessary and rinse well afterwards.

How many calibrations are in this set?

With 10 sachets per value, you calibrate the pH probe 10 times at pH 4 and pH 7, and the ORP probe 10 times at 475 mV. Most swimming pool controllers ask for 475 mV. The solutions fit controllers from Sugar Valley, Hayward, Zodiac, AstralPool, Bayrol, Seko and Kripsol, among others.
