Withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you received your order in several shipments, the period runs from receipt of the last shipment.

You enter your name, your order number and your email address and click “Confirm withdrawal”. We will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal by email, including its content and the date and time of its submission.
